OMG…7 weeks. Decision obviously made on the basis of the extent of injury to Alex McKinnon. (prayers to Alex, family and friends). Having seen the tackle on numerous occasions, there is no way this offence warrants 7 weeks suspension. isn’t the guilt that McLean must be feeling enough without the NRL playing P.R games and wanting to be seen to be doing the right thing. The NRL has hung McLean out to dry. pathetic organisation that see’s players as cattle rather than people. (prayers for Mclean as well)

‘McLean out for 7 weeks for dangerous throw’

“The NRL judiciary has suspended Melbourne Storm prop Jordan McLean for seven weeks for a lifting tackle on Alex McKinnon that left the Newcastle back-rower with a devastating spinal injury.
